  •  Tomato-based products (salsa, spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, tomato juice
  • Raw fruits and vegetables, especially lettuce.
  • Onions
  • Chocolate
  • Caffeinated drinks (coffee, tea, colas)
  • Alcohol
  • Nicotine
  • Dairy Products (milk, cheese, cottage cheese)

  •  Fiber One
  •  Bran Buds
  •  100% Bran

Supplements:
